What Do Our Students Say About the Program? (top)
"Women's Studies forever changed me - my world view has me constantly on my toes and eyeing everything critcally."

"Working toward my degree caused me to further develop my critical thinking skills, organize myself, and work under pressure. The variety of experiences - teaching, research, etc. - have been assets in a variety of different contexts. That experience has encouraged me to take more risks and accept more challenges in my personal and professional life."

"My work in Women's Studies helped me to be a stronger advocate and voice for children."

"I believe I would not have attempted a PhD had I not done my MA coursework in Women's Studies. I received an excellent education, honed my  teaching
skills and experienced mentoring that changed my life."
