May Conference to Honor
Career of Joel Warm

The groundbreaking career and accomplishments of Joel Warm, University of Cincinnati professor of psychology, will be celebrated at a May 15-16 conference in his honor. The conference is open to everyone, but seating is limited. Warm, who has taught at UC since 1967, has spent more than 40 years researching human factors – a field that examines how people use technology.

The event, at Vernon Manor Hotel, includes a distinguished roster of speakers from the human factors/perception field, including:

Audience participation will be encouraged in a set of panel discussions about current issues in basic and applied perception research. In addition, this is an Open Call for Proposals for Posters. The Conference will be able to provide some travel support to graduate students.
