In her research, she is interested in utilizing community-based research methods to address health disparities. Current projects focus on obesity intervention for children and preventing type 2 diabetes in adolescents. Research Interests
Broadly, I'm interested in utilizing community-based research methods to address health disparities. In my research, I develop and evaluate prevention and intervention programs that are culturally and contextually appropriate for underserved communities. Current projects focus on obesity intervention for children and preventing type 2 diabetes in adolescents.
