What is Friends of German-American Studies?
The Friends organization, created in 1989, supports the German-American
Studies Program. The volunteer efforts and philanthropic contributions
are key to building a strong program. The faculty members associated
with the program provide the academic foundation; the volunteers provide
the outreach and energy to generate continued growth. The University
of Cincinnati offers financial support for the program's basic budgetary
needs; funding for program excellence comes from private sources.
We
encourage you to become a Friend of German-American Studies. Your annual
gift, at any level of membership, will help build an excellent program.
Your contributions are tax deductible within the provisions of federal
and state tax laws.
