• Coordinate agenda and write minutes for Graduate Council meetings

• Day-to-day operations of the Undergraduate Advising Office
• Supervisory responsibilities for professional support staff
• Response to all emails sent by current and prospective students

• Resolution of issues related to, and decision-making responsibility for, all add/drop and change of grade forms from Registrar's office
• Contact for faculty with questions regarding academic policies and procedures, or in need of student-issue resolution

• Coordinate internal and external public relations, including local and national media, for all units
• Manage capacity of Marketing & Communications offices, workload for staff members, and production timelines and costs
