1. Items to be submitted online: Online Graduate Application

   This application requires a nonrefundable $40 application fee, which can be paid by credit-card or mailed in later to the following address:

2. Scores

   ______GRE scores must be reported to the University of Cincinnati by ETS (Educational Testing Service). See the ETS website for instructions.

   ______Foreign applicants only: Official report of TOEFL scores must be reported to the University of Cincinnati by ETS (Educational Testing Service). See the ETS website for instructions.

   Note: Photocopies of scores (sent to the address in section III below) may be used to meet the deadline, but admission will not be granted until official scores have been received from ETS.

3. Items to be sent directly to:

   _______Statement of purpose.

   Late applications may be considered, but financial aid may already have been awarded. Check with graduate director.
