Infinite harmonic functions and

absolute minimizers in metric spaces

Abstract:

We examine the relationship between infinite

  harmonic, gradient minimizing, and absolute

minimizing functions in metric spaces. We will

discuss certain concrete examples that display

          a rich geometry.

By considering the geometry, we discover

the distance function does not behave

as it does in Euclidean space.
