Mathworld site of definitions through an alphabetical listing. You can link to Access Science, which is an online version of McGraw-Hill Encyclopedia of Science and Technology, through University of Cincinnati Library. Just search the library Catalog using access science and link to AccessScience at McGraw-Hill. Wikipedia is a free, collaboratively written encyclopedia, that anyone can edit and should be used with discretion.
