15 MATH 228 Algebra and Finite Math, 15 MATH 229 Concepts in Calculus
THESE COURSES ARE DISCONTINUED AS OF WINTER QUARTER 2007
Math 228, 229 is a sequence of two five credit courses for students in the College of Business. To register for Math 228, you must have a score of 530 or higher on the Mathematics Placement Test or have successfully completed Math 174 or 224.
Pre-business students in the College of Arts and Sciences should take the sequence Math 225, 226, 227.
These courses incorporate laboratory sessions using Excel or Derive software.
